Geraldine Rodgers serves as Principal of Grace Christian Academy (GCA) in Saipan, Northern Mariana Islands. With a deep commitment to Christ-centered education, she cultivates a campus culture where students thrive academically and spiritually. Geraldine mentors and develops teachers, champions student services, and works closely with families to ensure each child is known, supported, and challenged. She was actually a student of GCA back in 1986 while her father was station in the Korea. Coming back to teach and now lead the school has brought things full circle in her life. She holds a Master of Science in Education (K–12 Studies, Curriculum & Instruction) and a Graduate Certificate in Leadership, and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership. In collaboration with church leadership and the GCA board, Geraldine helps guide multi-phase campus improvements—including facilities that enhance learning and community engagement. She and her husband, Pastor Mike, met at Evangel College (Springfield, MO) and later made Saipan their home, falling in love with the islands and their people. Geraldine’s leadership emphasizes prayerful discernment, compassionate care, and excellence for the glory of God.
