Grace Christian Academy is committed to helping make Christ-centered education accessible to families who demonstrate financial need. Through the GCA Scholarship and Financial Assistance Program (GSFAP), eligible families may receive assistance with tuition based on demonstrated financial need, available scholarship funding, and final approval by the GCA Board of Directors.
Applications are evaluated based on several factors, including, but not limited to:
- Demonstrated Financial Need
- Northern Marianas Descent
- Children of GCA Alumni
- Children of School Corporate Members
- Current GCA Students
- Current GCA Scholarship and Financial Assistance recipients from the preceding school year
- Available space within the student’s grade level
Coordination with CCDF
GCA also encourages families to explore all financial assistance programs for which they may qualify. Families who may be eligible for the CNMI Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) will be encouraged to apply for CCDF benefits. https://gca-nmi.com/ccdf-afterschool-care-education-grants-at-grace-christian-academy/
Likewise, families participating in CCDF may also apply for the GCA Scholarship and Financial Assistance Program. When appropriate, these programs may work together to provide families with greater assistance toward tuition, fees, afterschool care, homework assistance, and tutoring.
Participation in CCDF does not automatically qualify or disqualify a family from receiving GCA financial assistance.
All GSFAP applications are reviewed by GCA Administration. Administration will make an award recommendation to the GCA Board of Directors for final approval.
Scholarships are awarded for one school year only and must be reapplied for annually.
